一、售后服务保障

1、凡购买皇冠保罗品牌的太阳镜、老视镜、隐形眼镜、配装眼镜、眼镜架、眼镜片等,均实行产品质量包退、包换、包修的“三包”政策;

2、凡购买皇冠保罗眼镜产品,即可享受相应的品牌售后服务。

 

二、产品质量保证

1、若因产品质量问题,从取镜日期算起,30天内享有包退、包换服务;

2、在保质期内,出现脱焊、电镀质量、脱膜以及非人为因素等质量问题的,包换或包修; 

3、超出保质期,如可以修复的,我们提供市场等价的有偿更换产品配件及修复服务。

注:·脱焊指镜架焊接处出现非人为造成的断裂;

    ·电镀质量指镜架表层附着力欠佳而造成镀层脱落;

    ·脱膜指镀膜片材料附着力欠佳而造成膜层分离现象。

 

三、“三包”之外服务

皇冠保罗产品在使用过程中,若因顾客接触化学品、高温、自行拆坏、划花、重压、碰撞等人为因素造成损坏的,不属“三包”范围,如可以修复的,我们将尽最大能力提供免费修复服务。

 

四、30天免费复检

凡到本皇冠保罗品牌店进行验光的,自取镜日期起30天内,戴镜如有不适或光度有误,可免费复检,需要时更换镜片,逾期恕不受理。(自备处方配镜的除外)
